Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and double strain. Garnish with wiite chocolate, lime peel and chantilly cream.
"Years ago, a friend introduced me to my first cocktail and the music of Buena Vista Social Club. Since then, summer nights have meant gathering on the terrace, playing cards, sipping daiquiris, and enjoying homemade peach and almonds tart to the sound of Cuban music. To honour those moments and the friends who made them special, I created this cocktail - a tribute to memories, music, and shared joy."
