As fresh as a classic Cuban “Daiquiri Natural”, with extra floral notes coming from the Dry Vermouth and pushed forward with a small amount of Elderflower liqueur.
Add ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and fine strain.
"In our bar, our cocktails are mainly classics and twists on the remarkable classics. A Daiquiri for us is our insignia, and a Hemmingway version is one of our favourites, so we wanted to add extra charm by adding floral notes."
