The deep, rich textures pair well with Japanese plum and apple whilst the elderflower and lime bring a fresh zippy flavour to the balance.

METHOD

Add ingredients into shaker and dry shake. The shake with ice and fine strain. Garnish with orange zest.

  • 35ml Ron Santiago de Cuba 11 Years Old
  • 15ml Umeshu (Japanese Plum)
  • 15ml Peach Liqueur
  • 25ml Lime
  • 2ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 10 drops Sesame Distillate
  • Vegan Egg White
