  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba 11 years old
  • 5ml Cachaça ​
  • 15ml Banana juice
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 12ml Pandan syrup
  • 2 Drops saline solution
THE CREATOR SAYS

"I always wanted to create a fresh in taste and easy drink with pandan, and with this recipe I think I finally mastered it!
The idea is to make the pandan play with the banana and the bergamot to create an evolution at any sip throughout the drink. To do so I applied the perfumery technique, composing a journey through different flavours."
