METHOD

Macerate all ingredients with fresh lime. Shake and fine strain.

  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba 11 Years Old
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 10ml Cachaça
  • 4 Sage leaves
  • Nick & Nora
  • Lime Peel Scent
