Using our Extra Añejo 11 year old at the heart of this celebratory serve, paired with the distinctive flavours of coffee & spiced honey – topped with a spot of bubbles to create this delicious tipple.
Prep glass with garnish, build all remaining ingredients, Top with Prosecco or Champagne, stir lightly to combine & serve.
* Winter Spiced Honey Syrup: Combine 2-parts honey with 1-part water in a pan, add 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 cloves, 3 star anise & a thick slice of ginger. Simmer on low for 15 minutes, allow to cool, strain & bottle.
