This tropical cocktail delight combines the smooth richness of Ron Santiago de Cuba 11 Years Old with exotic flavours of coconut and pineapple. Recipe below to try at home.

INGREDIENTS
  • 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Añejo 11 Years Old
  • 40ml Real Coconut Cream
  • 20ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 35ml Pineapple Juice
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top Brut/Prosecco
METHOD

Add all ingredients to cocktail tin, add cubed ice & shake well. Decant into chilled glassware, top with splash of Brut or sparkling wine, garnish with toasted coconut chips, fresh pineapple & pineapple leaves.
Alternatively add to a blender with a 1⁄2 scoop of crushed ice & blend until smooth.
