My inspiration comes from Czech Republic where I live and Savage Bar is located. The concept is very simple: Think support local; Slivovitz is a Czech plum brandy that uses the whole plum in the making process, the same as the cocktail. Nothing goes to waste, from the plum seeds to the plum pulp, which I create the plum leather from by dehydrating it, and a plum foam to give a refreshing taste.

METHOD

Add ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and fine strain. Garnish with dehydrated plum and plum foam.

  • 45ml Ron Santiago de Cuba 11 Years Old
  • 30ml Lime Super Juice
  • 20ml Homemade Plum Syrup
  • Dash of Slivovitz
  • 2 drops Saline Solution
  • Garnish: Dehydrated Plum Leather and Plum Foam
  • Serve: Cockatoo glass, Ceramic Plant Leaf and Plum Seeds.
